With your purchase, you automatically have the right of our royalty-free buy-out music license. Inclusive of all Prime Cuts Music offered by gba music on CD or purchased individual MP3 files, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site life-time license to use the music in synchronization for video, film, live theatrical, or any audio productions, including but not limited to any multimedia productions.

Any broadcasts, such as TV and radio broadcasts, domestic or international, must be cleared through BMI who collects monies directly from broadcast station licensing. You, the Producer, do NOT pay any revenues. Revenues are collected directly from broadcast licensing stations, not from you, the Producer. However, you are required to file with BMI a “Cue Sheet”. Sample Cue Sheets are available on the Internet for easy filing on-line at www.bmi.com.

No reselling, reproducing, or otherwise transferring gba music to any other individuals or production companies are permitted. Copyright laws protect gba music. If music is used on a website, it must be presented only in a streaming format so that this music cannot be downloaded or used wrongfully by visitors to your site infringing on the copyright laws of the United States.
